"These funds will allow us to hire psychiatrists, mental health counselors and infant mental health specialists in order to meet the growing needs of behavioral health care consumers in Taos, Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties," said Andy R. "We are hopeful that, as the year continues, we will be able to add more funds to the new program. If that is the case, ValueOptions(R) New Mexico may approve even more additional requests to deserving programs and projects," Mastrandrea said.

Organizations requesting funding submitted formal proposals and were selected after careful consideration by panels of professionals at ValueOptions(R) New Mexico.
