Valicom Announces North American Launch of telecom Expense Management Software Clearview
Date:2/2/2010

Clearview®, a next generation software as a service for telecom expense management, is now available nationwide with a 30 day free trial for new clients.

(PRWEB) February 2, 2010 -- Valicom, a provider of telecom expense management (TEM) services announces the official launch of its new software as a service Clearview®. The Clearview® announcement puts the company on the leading edge of software solutions that enable customers to reduce and manage telecom expenses without reliance on telecom carriers or third party service providers. Valicom delivers powerful expense management solutions that deliver visibility, control, and financial savings. Valicom COO Jeff Poirior explains, “The marketplace has been clear in articulating its desire to become independent in managing telecom expenses and to reduce or eliminate dependence on telecom carriers and third parties to consolidate information and validate proper billing. Clearview® provides simple, efficient, on-demand Telecom Expense Management. We are so confident in its capabilities that we are offering new clients a thirty day free trial.”

Companies using Clearview® will perform bill audit, bill payment, and contract negotiation as well as changes to telecom inventory without the need for outside assistance. They will also enjoy sophisticated reporting and trending capabilities. While many of Valicom’s competitors focus exclusively on large companies, Valicom’s Clearview® solution is catering to the middle market: companies who spend between $150,000 and $2,000,000 in telecom, voice, and data services annually. Says Poirior; “The middle market has historically been ignored or, at best, under served. That situation now ends with Clearview®.”

Industry analysts have already begun to sing Valicom’s praises. A recent Forrester Market Overview study called out Valic
