Vaginal Mesh Lawyers at Bernstein Liebhard LLP Note Judge’s Refusal to Dismiss Punitive Damage Claims in C.R. Bard Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuits

Firm partner, Jeffrey S. Grand, is serving on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the federal C.R. Bard litigation. Bernstein Liebhard’s vaginal mesh lawyers continue to offer free legal consultations to women who allegedly suffered serious vaginal mesh complications following implantation of products manufactured by C.R. Bard, Inc., as well as American Medical Systems, Inc., Ethicon, Inc. and Boston Scientific Corp.
