Vaginal Mesh Lawsuit News: Wright & Schulte LLC Applauds Settlement of C.R. Bard Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuit

The vaginal mesh lawsuit lawyers at Wright & Schulte LLC applaud the recent #vaginal mesh settlement of an important vaginal mesh lawsuit that was filed on behalf of a woman who sustained serious injuries, allegedly due to an Avaulta pelvic mesh device manufactured by C.R. Bard, Inc. According to court documents, Bard agreed to the vaginal mesh settlement just as the case was about to go to trial. Had the claim proceeded, it would have been the second bellwether trial in a federal multidistrict litigation established in U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois for vaginal mesh lawsuits filed against C.R. Bard. The litigation’s first bellwether trial concluded earlier this month, after an 8-member jury awarded $2 million in damages to a woman who suffered serious
