CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Charlotte's VR Mergers and Acquisitions has just completed the transaction of Community Drugs, Inc. a long-time fixture in Laurinburg, NC. VR Charlotte links business owners across North Carolina to qualified buyers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1965, Community Drugs pharmacist and owner, Charles Todd, has worked there since it opened. Todd, the owner since 1975, has built up Community Drugs in the Laurinburg area over the last 42 years through personalized service and a well-respected reputation. Brad Offerdahl, founder of Charlotte's VR Mergers and Acquisitions, represented the seller, Charles Todd, throughout the transaction.
