VNUS Medical Technologies to Present at Lazard Capital Markets 5th Annual Healthcare Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --VNUS(R) Medical Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNUS), a leading provider of medical devices for the minimally invasive treatment of venous reflux disease, today announced its plans to present at the Lazard Capital Markets 5th Annual Healthcare Conference, to be held November 18-19, 2008, at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City.

VNUS' presentation is currently scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 19, and will be webcast on the corporate website at http://ir.vnus.com/events.cfm. The management speaker will be Brian Farley, President and Chief Executive Officer.
