VNUS Medical Technologies to Present at 27th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNUS), a leading provider of medical devices for the minimally invasive treatment of venous reflux disease, today announced its plans to present at the 27th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, to be held January 12 - 15, 2009, at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. The management speaker will be Brian Farley, President and Chief Executive Officer.

VNUS' presentation is currently scheduled for 2:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, January 15, and will be webcast on the corporate website at http://ir.vnus.com/events.cfm. An archive of the webcast will be available until April 15, 2009.
