On May 8, 2013 in honor of Mother’s Day, luminaries including Jennifer Lopez and Arianna Huffington and mothers from every part of the world will take part in Mom+Social, the only one-day event focused on moms who are making a difference globally, and the role of social media, technology, and philanthropy to improve the health of women and children everywhere. Today, the organizing partners - the United Nations Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, BabyCenter, The Huffington Post, 92nd Street Y, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation announced the lineup of speakers.

Thousands of the brightest and most passionate people working to improve child, maternal, and reproductive health will gather on May 8 at 92YTribeca in New York City and online via Livestream to share ideas, raise awareness, and inspire action. Host Elizabeth Gore, Resident Entrepreneur at the UN Foundation will be joined by passionate global moms and:
