Physician recruiting firm LocumTenens.com, a leading provider of temporary physician staffing, is pleased to announce its agreement with VHA Inc., a national healthcare network, to provide physicians for locum tenens assignments.

Alpharetta, GA (Vocus) November 24, 2009 -- Physician recruiting firm LocumTenens.com, a leading provider of temporary physician staffing, is pleased to announce its agreement with VHA Inc., a national healthcare network, to provide physicians for locum tenens assignments.

Focusing on critical, high-demand specialty areas including anesthesia, primary care, psychiatry, radiology and surgery, LocumTenens.com will provide VHA’s member hospitals with access to thousands of qualified physicians and CRNAs. The company will work with VHA to improve the clinical and economic performance of community hospitals across the U.S.

The agreement will broaden VHA’s portfolio of services to create valuable products and benefits for their members. In addition to exclusive discounted pricing, as a preferred vendor, LocumTenens.com will offer VHA members free access to special programs and subscriptions.

For LocumTenens.com, this agreement will provide support and recommended access to VHA members. The agreement will further service fulfillment and encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices. Additionally, it will provide physicians working with LocumTenens.com expanded locum tenens and permanent opportunities.
