Update: SpineMark Expands Management Team to Build Spine Care Network

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- This press release updates a previous press release issued Monday, October 15, by SpineMark Corporation over PR Newswire.

SpineMark Corp., a medical management company that is building a network of Spine Centers of Excellence to support and connect physicians, facilities and medical device companies in order to provide patients the best spine care, announced today the appointments of Alan Donald, M.S., M.B.A., R.A.C. as president of SpineMark CRO Management Inc. and Alan Iftiniuk as interim chief operating officer of SpineMark Corporation.

"Our goal at SpineMark is to bring together physicians, hospitals and device companies to deliver the most advanced spine care to patients," said Marcy Rogers, president and CEO of SpineMark Corp. "These individuals bring more than 50 years of combined experience in healthcare business development and management and will help us integrate spine care clinical research and maximize financial and operational potential for physicians and institutions."

Mr. Donald combines medical research, business development and international regulatory sciences to drive products from the bench to commercialization. Over the past 25 years, he has advised more than 200 companies across four continents on the approval of biologics, drugs, diagnostics and medical devices. In his role as president of SpineMark CRO Management, Mr. Donald will work with medical device companies and physicians within the SpineMark network to establish clinical trial programs that offer patients the most advanced spine care.
