OAK BROOK, Ill., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC) today announced that it has awarded a 3-year agreement for employee satisfaction surveys and consulting services to Morehead Associates, Inc., based in Charlotte, NC. The agreement, which has 2 optional 1-year renewal periods, became effective on April 1, 2009.

Morehead offers an extensive array of customized surveys and analyses to help organizations transform employee opinions into targeted actions for improvement. Morehead's staff of doctoral-level social scientists and performance improvement professionals apply predictive modeling techniques and methodologies to illuminate key issues and identify the most effective means of improving those aspects of the organizations they serve.

Cindy White, vice president, Operations and Supply Optimization Services, says, "Morehead's experts can serve as trusted advisors to UHC members. They provide a research-based, pragmatic approach and practical tools for a critically important area in health care--human capital."

Brad Morton, Morehead's senior vice president of Product Management explains, "We are delighted and proud to be chosen to partner with such a well-respected organization. Our commitment to driving employee engagement will assist UHC in helping members move to higher levels of clinical and operational performance."
