KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) announced today that its Board of Directors voted to pay a cash dividend of $0.08 per share on December 17, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2007.
