Unitemp Announces Unprecedented Temporary Staffing Services Guarantee
Date:12/4/2008

New Jersey staffing firm UNITEMP Temporary Personnel has expanded its full first day guarantee of satisfaction to two full days for members of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce.

New Jersey (PRWEB) December 4, 2008 -- Looking for reliable temporary staffing services? New Jersey staffing firm UNITEMP Temporary Personnel has announced that it has expanded its guarantee of satisfaction from one full day, to two full days for members of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Ted Kissel, President of UNITEMP Temporary Personnel comments, "Certified Human Resource professionals, PHRs and SPHRs, realize that in our joint-employment and co-employment world, temporary staffing is a great productivity tool. However, there are common employment mistakes made by users of temporary and contract staffing that organizations should be aware of. Among these are the dangers posed by resume reviews and interviews. These activities are often requested and performed by middle managers, unknowledgeable of the potential risks to their companies. With UNITEMP's two day guarantee, a company can focus on setting a start date and bringing on a temporary employee."

Moreover, Vice President Molly Kissel adds, "The solution begins with a detailed job description followed by the willingness to rely on our temporary staffing services. As a temporary employment agency, we can help."
