United Way of America Partners with Livingston Communications to Develop Social Media Strategy

Leading Washington-Area Public Relations Firm to Support the LIVE UNITED™ Campaign

Alexandria, V.A. (PRWEB) October 1, 2008 -- Livingston Communications, the Washington area's most experienced independent social media-oriented public relations firm, signed a contract with United Way of America to develop a comprehensive social media strategy for the organization's LIVE UNITED™ campaign. The two entities will develop internal and external online engagement efforts for the national LIVE UNITED™ campaign and a social media framework for the United Way system.

"Now that LIVE UNITED™ has been launched, we're ready to expand our efforts with the influential social web," said Melvin Young, VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy for United Way of America.
