United Spinal Association Opens Registration for the 2009 Independence Expo: Improving Life for the Disabled and the Aging

NEW YORK, March 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- United Spinal Association (www.UnitedSpinal.org) has announced the start of registration on-line for the 2009 Independence Expo - Long Island (www.IndependenceExpo.org), the region's premiere lifestyle-enhancing Expo designed to promote active living and independence for individuals with disabilities and aging Americans.

The Independence Expo will be held on Saturday, June 27th & Sunday, June 28th at the Suffolk Community College Sports & Exhibition Complex in Brentwood, NY, and admission and parking is free.

Life-improving workshops and demonstrations on contemporary disability related topics designed to educate and liberate will be conducted throughout the weekend and include among others:
