United Benefit Advisors Launches News Center Online
Date:8/6/2013

Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) August 06, 2013

United Benefit Advisors (UBA) announces the launch of its News Center, intended to provide a one-stop solution for journalists and industry media looking for resources on health insurance and employee benefits, health care reform and business compliance information. UBA’s News Center will include press releases, expert bios, previous media coverage, a list of popular topics requested and various ways to connect to UBA, as well as links to valuable resources, such as whitepapers and UBA’s popular PPACA Resource Center.

As the complexities of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) continue to challenge business owners and HR professionals, UBA continues to lead the industry by sharing proprietary research and analysis utilizing staff, as well as a network of 2,200 experienced benefits professionals representing more than 36,000 employers. The success of offering valuable tools and information to employers and industry-leading media is evidenced by an increasing demand for content and resources.

"We are thrilled to serve as a source for journalists, and will continue to strive for excellence in making their job easier," says Thom Mangan, CEO. "We share a common goal of helping people navigate today’s complex world of health care benefits, and the media’s ability to reach the masses in an effective and important way is invaluable. If there’s something we can do to be helpful, we’re ready and willing."

The UBA News Center can be found at: http://www.ubabenefits.com/News/tabid/296/Default.aspx. Journalists are encouraged to subscribe via RSS to receive notification when new information is added.

In addition to the PPACA Resource Center, UBA provides customized benchmarking data to help businesses compare their employee health benefits to competitors, and find savings through plan design. UBA’s 2012 Health Plan Survey, the largest in the nation with nearly 12,000 employers participating, along with the collective wisdom of its 140 industry leading Partner Firms, helps business owners and human resource executives make informed decisions that directly impact the bottom line by controlling the upward spiral of health care costs.
