United American Healthcare Corporation to Host Fiscal 2009 Third Quarter Results Conference Call May 7th

DETROIT, April 24, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United American Healthcare Corporation (Nasdaq: UAHC), which owns and provides comprehensive management services to a managed care organization in Tennessee, today announced it will release its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009 on Thursday, May 7, 2009, after market close. The Company will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time the same day to discuss the results.

Participation in the call's question-and-answer session will be limited to institutional investors and analysts. Individual investors and retail brokers are invited to listen via a live webcast. To listen, please go to the investor section of the Company's website at www.uahc.com. The webcast will be archived on the United American Healthcare website for 90 days from the date of the call.
