United American Healthcare Corporation To Host Fiscal 2008 Second Quarter Results Conference Call Feb. 7

DETROIT, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United American Healthcare Corporation (Nasdaq: UAHC) today announced it will release its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, 2007 on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, after market close. The Company will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time the same day to discuss the results.

Participation in the call's question-and-answer session will be limited to institutional investors and analysts. Individual investors and retail brokers are invited to listen via a live webcast. To listen, please go to the investor section of the Company's website at http://www.uahc.com. The webcast will be archived on the United American Healthcare website for 90 days from the date of the call.
