UniqueU Medical Weight Loss Program Opens Cincinnati Location
Date:3/4/2010

Cincinnati physicians expand practice to include the UniqueU Medical Weight Loss program. With documented success in other parts of the country, doctors Dan Buchanan DC, and James Lutz MD, are now offering a new phase of health and wellness to Cincinnati.

Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) March 4, 2010 -- UniqueU Medical Weight Loss Program opened in Kenwood, a suburb North of Cincinnati in January. Located in the office of Dr. Dan Buchanan and Dr. James Lutz, the program promises healthy, long-lasting and quick results.

“One of the reasons why people have a hard time staying with any diet program long-term is due to the slow results and boring plan. UniqueU Medical Weight Loss combines six fundamental elements that achieve immediate results,” says Dr. Dan Buchanan.

The six elements of the UniqueU Medical Weight Loss program are diet, exercise, support, education, supplements and medications. Using a unique combination of these fundamentals, weight loss is rapid, and it keeps the patient on track. Most of them are extremely excited with their results. While all individuals are distinct and results may very, most patients loose 2% of their body weight each week.

This four-phase, multi-faceted program begins with a medical examination, blood work and an EKG to insure patients are medically fit. With ground-breaking appetite suppressants, light exercise and unique use of the hormone HCG, this program has been called a “medical miracle diet.” For women, and men, who typically have excess weight on their belly, butt and thighs, the HCG targets stored fat, not muscle, resulting in rapid weight loss, decreased appetite and an amazing outcome for the typical diet dropout. An added element of support and education continues once the ideal weight has been reached.

What has been proven with this program is that by burning fat instead of muscle, the patient’s metabolic rate is increased. Adding muscle instead of burning it, increases the metabolism even more. Patients experience increased energy, a greater sense of well-being and an overall healthier feeling. A weekly blog is being posted of one patient’s success as she progresses through the program on the UniqueU web site.

“It’s all about calories, burning fat and preserving muscle,” says Dr. James Lutz. “We have combined the right amount of calories with supplements. The hormone HCG, and medications that help suppress the appetite also help the metabolism work more efficiently, while burning stored fat at the same time. Our results have been truly remarkable.”

The initial consultations are free and scheduled at various times during the week. The Kenwood office is located just off Galbraith Road near the Montgomery Road and Kenwood Mall exit off I-71.
