Aventura (Spanish for adventure!) Fitness has emerged as Idaho's much needed solution to inefficient workouts, expensive membership contracts, and crowded gyms. Circuit machines in traditional gyms are monotonous. They were designed for bodybuilders (maybe 1% of our population?), and they will almost certainly not produce the results most gym-goers are looking for.
