Date:3/8/2010

Aventura (Spanish for adventure!) Fitness has emerged as Idaho's much needed solution to inefficient workouts, expensive membership contracts, and crowded gyms. Whether in a small group or personal training session participants will have fun, be challenged, and achieve goals. And, yes, it's all guaranteed.

Aventura (Spanish for adventure!) Fitness has emerged as Idaho's much needed solution for inefficient workouts, expensive membership contracts, and crowded gyms. The fitness center is located in Meridian, Idaho, and is full of unique equipment that has been tested and proven to produce results, among which are: core strength, body fat reduction, lean muscle toning, balance, endurance, and improved posture to name a few. At the heart of all programs is the world famous TRX Suspension Training system. Developed by a Navy Seal and modifiable for men and women of all fitness levels this priceless piece of equipment will challenge those new to fitness as well as trained athletes alike. The "All core, all the time." workouts will produce flatter stomachs, stronger backs, and all around improvements in a fun and exciting way.

Individuals have the option to work one on one with a Certified Personal Trainer or join one of many daily small group sessions. Either option ensures the much needed professional guidance as well as the critical accountability required for
