THE WOODLANDS, Texas, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- US Oncology, Inc. today announced that it is offering approximately $465 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act") and outside the United States in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering to refinance its senior secured credit facility which matures in quarterly installments from Sept. 30, 2010 through Aug. 20, 2011.
