US Drug Watchdog Now Urges Loved Ones Of Diabetics Diagnosed with Bladder Cancer To Call The Johnson Law Group If The Loved One Also Used the Diabetes Drug Called Actos
Date:1/16/2013

(PRWEB) January 16, 2013

The US Drug Watchdog says, "There may be a elevated incidence of bladder cancer for users of the diabetes drug called Actos, and we want to identify every US victim, in the hopes we can get them some meaningful help. We need family members to help us with our effort. If you, or a loved one is a diabetic, if the diabetic has now developed bladder cancer, and if the diabetic was using the diabetes drug called Actos we want them to call the Johnson Law Group." Actos is a member of a class of drugs known as thiazolidinediones, which have been linked to bladder cancer. According to the AP, "The US FDA has also issued a warning about Actos, and bladder cancer. Both Germany and France have suspended sales of Actos. The Actos suspension is effective July 11, 2011." The US Drug Watchdog is urging any user of the diabetes drug Actos, who has now developed bladder cancer to call the Johnson Law Group at 1-800-996-9900. http://www.johnsonlawgroup.com/

The US Drug Watchdog says, "One of the biggest problems we have with respect to our drug initiative work, is the average US consumer never hears about a drug recall, or serious side effects related to a specific drug's use. We are attempting to change this very sad fact with aggressive initiatives focused on increasing public awareness, and hopefully suggesting possible help for victims." http://USDrugWatchdog.Com

Case number 11cv2406 BEN BGS in the Federal District Court San Diego, CA.
