The US Drug Watchdog fears most of the nearly 140,000 US recipients of a DePuy Pinnacle metal on metal hip implant are not aware there is currently national litigation occurring over premature failures of this all metal artificial hip device, nor are they aware a simple blood test for cobalt, and chromium levels might actually be the easiest way of determining if this specific type of all metal hip implant has already failed. The US Drug Watchdog is also extremely concerned about the fact that they rarely hear from metal on metal hip implant failure victims that are in their 60's, 70's, and or 80's, even though this group may make up nearly half of all DePuy Pinnace metal on metal hip implant recipients. The US Drug Watchdog says, “If you are a recipient of a DePuy Pinnacle hip implant we are encouraging you to get a blood test immediately, to see if you have elevated levels of cobalt, and chromium in your blood. If the blood test reveals elevated levels of cobalt, and or chromium we want you to call us so we can suggest law firms that are actually working on the DePuy Pinnacle litigation, and that have the case management capabilities to do a superior job for their clients nationwide." Note to the US FDA from the US Drug Watchdog, “According to the New York Times there are 500,000 US citizens with a metal on metal hip implant. At what point does the US FDA get around to the hundreds of thousands of US citizens, stuck with a metal on metal hip implant, that could prematurely fail, and what are the side effects of elevated levels of cobalt, and chromium in a person's blood stream?” http://USDrugWatchdog.Com
The US Drug Watchdog is the premier medical device, and pharmaceutical watchdog in the United States. The group says, “We want to make certain all DePuy Pinnacle hip implant victims get to the actual trial law firms or attorneys that have the best record in achieving superior results for their clients. In the instance of the DePuy Pinnacle metal-on-metal hip implant we could be talking about 100,000+ potential victims.” For more information please contact the US Drug Watchdog anytime at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at http://USDrugWatchdog.com
