U.S. Preventive Medicine(R) to Preview The Prevention Plan(TM) at National Conference for Health Care Technology Innovators

U.S. Preventive Medicine(R) President Fred Goldstein was selected to present The Prevention Plan(TM) at this year's Health 2.0 conference in San Francisco, which provides a high visibility platform for companies to share new Internet technologies and tools that support and sustain better health for consumers.

The Prevention Plan(TM) is a health improvement program developed by U.S. Preventive Medicine(R) to discover and personally address each member's top health risks. It is available directly to consumers online and through employers, making it the first ever benefit for prevention.

Members receive an assessment of their health status through comprehensive blood work, biometrics, health history and a physician review. Interventions to tackle those immediate and future health risks begin with a confidential website where the member receives a customized program, alerts about needed screenings and exams, a listing of employer prevention benefits, tutorial programs, Personal Health Records and other tools.
