U.S. Preventive Medicine(R) Appoints Glenn Robinette Executive Vice President - Customer Service

DALLAS, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Preventive Medicine(R), the leader in disease prevention, today announced the appointment of Glenn Robinette as Executive Vice President-Customer Service. In this newly-created position, Robinette will be responsible for examining and maximizing the efficiency of all customer service activities for the company's five major customer groups including employers, government, consumers, benefit brokers and affinity partners. He will be based in the company's operations center in Jacksonville, FL.

Robinette brings more than 20 years of customer service and total quality management experience to U.S. Preventive Medicine. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president and skill group leader at Chicago-based eLoyalty Corporation. Earlier, he held various customer service and total quality management positions with Aerial Communications in Tampa and AT&T American Transtech in Jacksonville. During his career, Robinette received numerous awards for his work, including AT&T's Quality Leadership Award and AT&T's Corporate Affairs Award. He is a member of the International Customer Service Association and the American Society for Quality. Robinette holds a MBA from the University of Florida in Gainesville and a BS in Industrial Technology-Electronics from East Tennessee State University.
