Tylenol Lawsuit News: Bernstein Liebhard LLP Notes Upcoming Status Conference in Pennsylvania Litigation

Parties involved in federally-filed Tylenol lawsuits (http://www.tylenollawsuitclaims.com/) are looking ahead to the litigation’s status conference in September, where issues related to claims involving the pain reliever will be discussed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports.

According to a schedule of status conferences posted on the Court’s website, the meeting is scheduled to take place on September 16th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. This is the latest of several Tylenol conferences that have taken place this year in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where dozens of lawsuits have been filed against Johnson & Johnson and McNeil Consumer Healthcare. Plaintiffs in Tylenol claims allege serious liver damage caused by the medication’s active ingredient, acetaminophen. “We are looking forward to the Tylenol litigation’s September status conference, as we are speaking on a regular basis with individuals who sustained liver damage allegedly caused by the pain relieving medication,” says Bernstein Liebhard LLP, a nationwide law firm representing victims of defective medical devices and drugs including Tylenol. The Firm is offering free legal reviews to individuals who allegedly suffered acetaminophen-related liver damage that resulted in hospitalization, liver transplantation, or death.
