Tyco Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC; BSX: TYC) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 2, 2009, to shareholders of record as of January 5, 2009.
