Two of Cincinnati's Leading Employee Benefit Providers Merge to Offer Clients Greater Expertise and Service

TOLEDO, Ohio, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Hylant Group, one of the largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms in the nation, and the W Group, a privately owned firm offering employee benefit services, have merged to provide their clients with more personalized service and greater expertise. The combined organizations will form one of the largest employee benefit firms in the Greater Cincinnati area.  

The merger between the two organizations will provide the W Group's clients with additional tools and resources Hylant offers through its employee benefits division and in the areas of commercial and personal insurance and wealth management services.  Hylant's clients will benefit from the proven expertise and experience of the W Group and its strong reputation in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky region.
