Two New Dakim-Sponsored Blogs Help Families Affected by Dementia

The blogs are written by Tori Deaux and Carol O'Dell, two respected authors in the brain fitness and caregiving communities.

Deaux's blog, Vibrant & Healthy Living: Tips for Brain Health & Successful Aging (http://brainfitnessnow.wordpress.com), offers guidance for preserving brain function through physical activity, mental stimulation, diet/nutrition, stress management, social interaction, sleep and spirituality.
