(OTC Bulletin Board: NNTN). Russell Kidder, newly appointed CEO of Turnaround Partners, said, "We received a total consideration of $890,000 for our ownership in INII, as we intend to focus our efforts on the turnaround, business growth, development and sales of alternative and clean technologies in the future. A substantial part of the consideration given by Natural Nutrition was paid in convertible securities owned by them in an alternative energy company, which was a great fit with our new business focus. Natural Nutrition now owns and controls 100% of its primary operating subsidiary, INII, and they divested non-core assets that we wanted in the transaction.
