Under its charter, the EAB is responsible for:

values, strategic focus, organization and operation

projects, issues and opportunities
-- Furthering TriWest's understanding of its external environment
-- Facilitating TriWest's ability to respond to environmental needs and
pressures
-- Providing guidance to TriWest's leadership in the fulfillment of its
responsibilities to its multiple customers as the TRICARE West Region
Managed Care Support Contractor
-- Working with TriWest for the betterment of the TRICARE program
