PHOENIX, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- In the intricate business of military health care, TriWest Healthcare Alliance sought direct input from its customers from its inception nearly 11 years ago with a set of locally-based customer advisory boards in key communities across its service area.
Five years ago, it added to that focus with the creation of a 15-member Executive Advisory Board (EAB) comprised of senior retired military officers, non-commissioned officers and military family members who provide guidance to TriWest leadership as the company delivers on the promise of the military's health care program, TRICARE, to provide the highest quality of care and customer service.
