Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuits Progressing in Federal Courts, Rottenstein Law Group LLP Reports
Date:6/4/2013

(PRWEB) June 04, 2013

Vaginal mesh lawsuits in federal courts are moving along, according to court documents for the federal multidistrict litigations in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia (MDL Nos. 2187, 2325, 2326, 2327 and 2387). The Rottenstein Law Group LLP notes that the next status conference for these MDLs is Aug. 1. The firm provides more information on vaginal mesh lawsuits and alleged side effects at http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuitscenter.com.

The several thousand nationwide lawsuits concern the serious alleged side effects associated with transvaginal mesh, including bleeding, infection, pain, and blood vessel, bladder, or bowel perforation. The companies involved include C.R. Bard, American Medical Systems, Boston Scientific, Ethicon, and Coloplast, according to court documents.

“We are pleased that the lawsuits are progressing,” said Rochelle Rottenstein, principal of the Rottenstein Law Group LLP. “It is important that all claims against these firms for allegedly marketing defective vaginal mesh products are given the opportunity to be tried.”

The Rottenstein Law Group LLP offers those who have been implanted with vaginal mesh and believe it has injured them to download a free brochure for more information on side effects and the eligibility for filing a vaginal mesh lawsuit.
