Interaction Associates (IA) - a 40-year consultancy with a focus on collaboration - has released a case study about how its innovative HR transformation process helped the world's largest manufacturer of medical devices shift its HR function into a more strategic role, including developing HR leaders.

The client has requested confidentiality and so is unnamed in a new IA case study that details this work. Additionally, the case study shows how this client worked with Interaction Associates to outperform the desired cost savings laid out in the business case for the change initiative.
