Oclassen, President & Chief Executive Officer, will present at the 2008 Merrill Lynch Global Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device Conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at 8:40 AM Eastern Time.

Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical company deriving significant new patient benefits from proven CNS drugs.
