TransMedia Group to Open Curtain on Innovative Hospital Bed Curtain that Will Save Millions in Maintenance
Date:10/29/2007

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- TransMedia Group is about to open the curtain on the first major innovation in hospital bed curtains in decades.

It's a revolutionary product from the Cubicle Curtain Factory based here (http://www.cubiclecurtainfactory.com) that could result in astronomical savings in maintenance cost, which in turn can help to reduce the cost of health care in America.

The Cubicle Curtain Factory has retained the PR firm to unveil its break- through product, "Simply 66." The name stems from its simply comprising overlapping 66-inch square panels fastened by a patent-pending, easily detachable row of snaps along the top part where hospital bed curtains meet the required safety mesh through which sprinkler water can pass in case of a fire.

"This revolutionary product embodies a brilliant, patent-pending innovation that is going to make changing hospital bed curtains a breeze for the housekeeping staffs at hospitals across the country," said Elyse Bender, TransMedia's Media Relations Vice President. (Elyse@transmediagroup.com) "Thanks to this ingenious invention, there is no longer a need for a ladder when changing out the curtain for laundering purposes and it will no longer be necessary to remove the entire bed curtain for cleaning, but just the panels that are dirty or need replacing," she added.

"The cost savings will be astronomical," she said. Already Veterans Hospitals, who appreciate standardized products that can save them millions of dollars, are clamoring for the product after it was introduced recently at an industry trade show," she said.
