Top Complaint of Crystal Travel Center Members in Thousand Oaks - Time to Coordinate with Family and Friends
Date:6/6/2013

Thousand Oaks, CA (PRWEB) June 06, 2013

It's almost impossible to imagine that there are no complaints of any company that has thousands and thousands of clients, as it is a unrealistic feat to please all the people all of the time. But Crystal Travel in Thousand Oaks surveyed their members and the results are in. A top complaint is that they can't coordinate their travel schedules with those of their family and friends.

Crystal is a private, members only travel club where clients pay a one time membership fee for the right to book all travel at cost, including cruises, hotels, all inclusives and car rentals.

According to a spokesperson at Crystal, "It used to be where the cost of travel was the biggest deterrent for taking a vacation. Now that members get these crazy low prices, time is really the biggest issue and one way we've been able to help members is by offering to book their friends and family on the same trip, at no additional membership fee. Now friends and family can get the same great deals.

Another perk that's popular with members is the resort condo program where members can access a week of timeshare from anywhere of $398 to $998 for a week. And if one books a condo that they will access within the next two months, these last minute special can be as low as $200 to $300 for the week. With both of these, members can share the condo space with family and friends, as long as they don't exceed maximum occupancy.

To become a member, one must attend a sales presentation at the Thousand Oaks Sales Center and purchase a membership on that first visit.
