Tools4ever Would Like to Recognize All System Admins for International System Administrators Appreciation Day
Date:7/22/2013

Lynbrook, NY (PRWEB) July 22, 2013

Tools4ever, the market leader in Identity & Access Management (IdM/IAM) solutions, would like to wish all system admins a happy System Administrator’s Appreciation Day. This year system administrator’s appreciation day will be held on July 26th and will mark the 14th annual celebration. This year Tools4ever would like to recognize and assist system admins by offering free demos on any of their software and services to assist system admins.

Tools4ever offers solutions which will help system admins reduce the number of redundant, manual task which they perform. Solutions such as User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA) allow the account management process to be automated. UMRA provides organizations with a fully automated way to synchronize source system user accounts with network-based user accounts. This allows system admins to make changes such as account creations, edits, or disables, in the source system and have it automatically synchronized to the appropriate systems and applications. This in turn drastically reduces time spent on account management.

In addition, account management can become further simplified by putting the tasks in the hands of your end users and help desk employees. Users within the organization can be provided the ability to independently request, verify, and approve changes to accounts. This allows the task to be taken off the hands of highly technical system admins, and allows user to make their own changes, after they are approved by the responsible manager.

System administrators are often overlooked for the hard work that they do for organizations of all sizes. They perform daunting tasks of ensuring all employees accounts are set up and provisioned correctly as well as ensuring the security of all the systems and applications for an organization. They are often overlooked since they work behind the scenes, but they are one of the main components of an organization that keep everything running smoothly. We want to take the time to thank these men and women for the jobs they do because we recognize the hard work and long hours that they put in.
