Tom Brunelle Joins StatCom as Enterprise VP, Northeast Region

StatCom's Hospital Operating System™ solution, through process re-engineering and enabling software, helps hospitals transform their operations to deliver efficient patient throughput, reduced ALOS, and improved physician, patient and staff satisfaction. Client results are remarkable, delivering as much as $10.3 million and five times the ROI in the first 12 months of a StatCom strategic partner engagement.

In his role as enterprise VP, Brunelle partners with client hospital executives to ensure the success of their transformation project. Assisting him are executive advisors and transformation engineers who collaborate with existing hospital resources to drive the process transformation methodology. An implementation team maps the future state process flows and key performance indicators (KPI’s) into the technology and completes all necessary interfaces to integrate the Hospital Operating System solution into the hospital’s IT platform. Dashboards deliver real-time operational performance information to executives and operational managers. The outcome is breakthrough operational performance
