For patients who suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears), Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Clinic is now offering Sound Cure Serenade therapy program. The company has provided hearing aids in Edina and the surrounding areas for several years, and the new offer is another way the company can give its clients relief from hearing loss and hearing problems.

The Serenade system consists of a handheld devise, earphones, and a proprietary treatment sounds that research has suggested may address the underlying neurological cause of tinnitus. The technology is new and simple to use. The technology is based on advanced research and solid hearing science, and is FDA cleared. The device is small, portable, and easy to use.

Dr. Paula Schwartz, Owner of Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Clinic, is a licensed audiologist in the State of Minnesota, with over 26 years of experience in serving the needs of the greater Minneapolis area. As a private practice audiologist in the Edina area since 1992, Dr. Schwartz has always had an interest in the area of tinnitus and in 2004 with the advent of her 8 year old son complaining of tinnitus, she was trained by Dr. Pawel Jastreboff in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and opened the Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Clinic. Dr. Schwartz is also a certified Neuromonics provider.
