Tick Bite Likely Cause of NY Teen Death, My Cleaning Products Gives Tip to Kill Ticks and Prevent Same Tragic Incident

Apart from serious medical conditions, it was said that ticks could also cause death. And according to a report from nbcnewyork.com, a teenager from New York was the latest casualty of those tiny arachnids. With the intention to help the public prevent the same tragedy, My Cleaning Products gave a tip how to kill ticks effectively and safely.

Based on the report posted on August 20, 2013, the victim was seventeen-year-old Joseph Elone of the Hudson Valley, My Cleaning Products shared. It detailed that he died shortly after midnight on August 5 after collapsing in the front yard of their home on the night of August 4.

As the authorities stated in the report, his death was likely caused by the virus called Powassan encephalitis, related MCP. The said virus, it relayed, can be transmitted by a tick bite in just a matter of minutes and is currently untreatable.
