HealthPlus Makes Three 'America's Best Health Plans' Lists for Third
FLINT, Mich., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- For the third consecutive year, HealthPlus of Michigan's commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans have been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as being among the best in the nation. The Flint-based organization, named among the top 50 Commercial plans and the top 25 plans for both Medicare and Medicaid in the national news magazine's U.S. News and World Report/NCQA America's Best Health Plans 2007 lists released today, is the only plan in Michigan - and just one of five nationally - to make all three published lists (commercial, Medicare and Medicaid). HealthPlus' Medicare Advantage health plan is the only Medicare plan in Michigan on the top 25 list.
"We are pleased to be able to offer health coverage solutions to so many through our different products," said HealthPlus President and CEO David Crosby. "Our commercial, Medicare and Medicaid plans each being named as one of the nation's best is truly a reflection of the great work of our network health care providers and our employees."
