(Nasdaq: KOOL), a leading supplier of innovative products and services that process and store adult stem cells, said today that it will hold a conference call on Thursday, December 4, to discuss its announcement regarding a management transition at the Company.

The conference call will begin at 5:30 a.m., Pacific Standard Time (8:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time).
