Therap Services Welcomes Anna Keith to the US Customer Support Team

WATERBURY, Conn., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap Services announces the appointment of Anna Keith as Assistant Director of Implementation. Therap Services is a web-based service bureau offering an integrated suite of applications for the developmental disability community. Therap has a customer support team consisting of former executive directors, house managers, clinicians and direct support professionals.

"We are happy to have Anna in our team. Anna has knowledge of the system from the disability services administrator perspective, offering her expertise on Therap tools and how Therap can effectively improve communication and service delivery," said Justin Brockie, Director of Customer Support and Training.

Anna comes to Therap with 17 years of service delivery experience. Prior to joining Therap, Anna was President/CEO of New Beginning Enterprises for 12 years where she oversaw day-to-day activities and was involved with legislative initiatives, grant writing, strategic planning and creating business opportunities for people with disabilities. She played an active role in various state task forces to the Kansas Government, the Kansas Disability Rights Center and is appointed to the State Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Anna is a graduate of the National Leadership Institute on Developmental Disabilities, at University of Delaware and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
