LOS ANGELES, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Lupus Foundation of America (LFA) and Maybelline in association with the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation is set to host the first annual Butterflies Over Hollywood soiree. The event, to be held at the historic El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles on September 29, 2007, has the specific purpose of raising awareness and funds for lupus.

Butterflies Over Hollywood will be hosted by Malcolm-Jamal Warner (The Cosby Show), and supermodel Tomiko Fraser -- who also created the event. Tomiko is currently in her unprecedented 8th year as the face of Maybelline(R) New York. Tomiko also proudly serves as a national spokesperson for the LFA in support of her sister -- who suffers from lupus. When asked what prompted her to create this event, Tomiko remarked, "I created this event out of the love for my sister.
