The W3 Project Receives Support from Doulton for Emergency Relief Efforts
Date:6/19/2012

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) June 19, 2012

Filtersfast.com is pleased to announce the generous support of Doulton® Water Filters for donating ceramic filter kits to The W3 Project emergency preparedness initiative. Effective immediately, the more Doulton® products customers purchase through Filtersfast.com the more support the W3 Project will receive through a point system. With each 1,000-point increment, Doulton® will donate one complete ceramic filter kit to be used for Wine to Water emergency relief missions.

In a statement released by Tim Evans, Business Development Executive for Doulton® Water Filters in North America, “The most personally rewarding part of the drinking water filter business is the work we do with the NGO sector. Our ceramic water filters provide humanitarian groups with a simple, cost-effective way of providing clean, safe drinking water to people in developing countries and natural disaster zones who are in desperate need. W3 was a project that really caught our imagination. Working with Filters Fast, one of our U.S. online distribution partners and one of the three key participants in the W3 Project, we wanted to find a practical way to support W3. Therefore, we have put in place a scheme whereby every purchase of a Doulton® filter product from Filtersfast.com will contribute towards an emergency filter kit donation from Doulton® to Wine to Water. We feel sure that customers will be as thrilled as we are to know that with each filter purchase, they will be having a positive impact on the quality of life of people in desperate need and it will not cost them an additional cent.”

W3 is a charitable project that includes the partnership of Filtersfast.com, Wine to Water and TrekDesk Treadmill Desk
