The Virgin Diet Cookbook: Review Exposes JJ Virgin’s Latest Cookbook for Her Nationally Known Diet
Date:8/25/2014

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) August 25, 2014

The Virgin Diet Cookbook, a collection of recipes based on one of the latest and most popular wellness diets created by JJ Virgin, fitness and nutrition expert to help people finally look and feel great with the foods they eat has caught the attention of Shane Michaels, prompting an investigative review.

“The Virgin Diet is based on information that isn’t necessarily new, but it’s put in a way that people can understand it simply and easily apply it to their own personal lives to improve their overall health and wellness,” reports Michaels. “This cookbook is a great solution for anyone who really wants to follow this diet to improve their health, but needs, fast, easy, and nutritious solutions for following its guidelines on a day-to-day basis.”

The Virgin Diet is based on the premise that many people store excess fat due to food intolerances, which means that they aren’t necessarily allergic to the foods, but by eating them their body produces physiological responses that detract from their overall health. JJ Virgin, fitness and nutrition expert created a no-fad diet that tells people how they can lose seven pounds in one week just by cutting out seven different foods. These foods include dairy, eggs, soy, gluten, peanuts, corn, and sugar/artificial sweeteners. After three weeks of cutting out the foods, people can slowly start reintroducing them into their diet one at a time. Through the process, people can really discover which foods their body tolerates and which it does not. The Virgin Diet Cookbook provides 150 recipes that follow the guidelines of the Virgin Diet, giving people delicious, quick, and easy recipe alternatives to their regular diet that will help them feel better and lose weight. Right now, The Virgin Diet Cookbook
