This upgraded approach to transaction and settlement authorizations provides a great advantage in serving our primary customer groups. Specifically, automotive warranty and medical services providers now benefit from real-time authorizations resulting in significantly reduced payment time and the costs associated with the distribution and management of other forms of payment.
The process improvement was predicated on an end-to-end revamp of StoneEagle’s entire authorization and payment process system. StoneEagle set up and is now utilizing our own processor capabilities. In addition to supporting the upgraded claims authorization and payment process, StoneEagle has the ability to see card behavior in real-time making it ideal for providing higher levels of just-in-time support and proactive monitoring services to our clients. StoneEagle’s ability to issue and authorize cards takes all risk of fraud out of the transactions.
