The StoneEagle Group Upgrades Claims Authorization and Payment Process for SEcureCard and Vpay™ Solutions, Significantly Reducing Payment Time
Date:4/20/2010

Automotive Warranty and Medical Services Providers benefit from real-time authorizations associated with claims payments.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 20, 2010 -- The StoneEagle Group (StoneEagle) today announced the successful rollout of an upgraded real-time financial transaction and settlement authorization process using a certified MasterCard® Interface Processor (MIP) provided by Meta Payment Systems® (Meta). This upgraded approach to transaction and settlement authorizations provides a great advantage in serving our primary customer groups. Specifically, automotive warranty and medical services providers now benefit from real-time authorizations resulting in significantly reduced payment time and the costs associated with the distribution and management of other forms of payment.

The process improvement was predicated on an end-to-end revamp of StoneEagle’s entire authorization and payment process system. StoneEagle set up and is now utilizing our own processor capabilities. In addition to supporting the upgraded claims authorization and payment process, StoneEagle has the ability to see card behavior in real-time making it ideal for providing higher levels of just-in-time support and proactive monitoring services to our clients. StoneEagle’s ability to issue and authorize cards takes all risk of fraud out of the transactions.

“We are pleased with the outcome of this project,” commented Bobby Allen, CEO of StoneEagle. “The development investment has already paid off – we have exceeded the expectations of our existing customers and we are winning new customers. During this process we gained a great appreciation for the sponsorship and MIP services that Meta is providing, but we have even more appreciation for the guidance and expertise provided in supporting the implementation of this significant process upgrade. Meta truly exemplifies what it means to be a great partner.”
