In 2001, he and his wife wrote a widely read book entitled Older Couples: New Romances – Finding and Keeping Love in Later Life. He reads a number of health newsletters for up-to-date information, many useful magazine articles, and numerous books treating health subjects.
A few years ago, he recognized the need for a practical reference that would help people to clearly understand the essential topics for healthy living and be guided to apply the learning for themselves. This can lead to reducing healthcare costs and a more enjoyable lifestyle.
