The Scooter Store Wins Second Consecutive 'Best Practices' Award From Runzheimer International

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The SCOOTER Store ( has won an Employee Mobility Best Practices Award from Runzheimer International for the second consecutive year, as the company was cited for an outstanding program of managing business vehicles. Their outstanding practices have helped make the nation's largest supplier of power wheelchairs ( scooters ( one of the top-rated employers in the country.

The announcement was made at Runzheimer's annual Benchmarking Forum on Mobile Workforce Management held in Chicago, Illinois on October 9th. Runzheimer evaluated approximately 90 organizations as potential candidates for awards for their deployment and management of domestic relocation, international assignments, business vehicles, business travel, virtual office, and corporate aircraft programs. The SCOOTER Store was one of five companies to receive Best Practice Awards.
